Our fudge is made from scratch in our Ferndale candy kitchen with local cream and butter and good chocolate. We cook it one batch at a time, giving each batch the attention it needs to develop the smooth, creamy texture proper fudge should have.

We make a variety of flavors, from traditional chocolate favorites to recipes we've developed ourselves over the years, including seasonal varieties like our Pumpkin Fudge.
