The divinity was so good, I purchase this wonderful treat every Christmas since here in Oklahoma the humidity is too high. My only concern with this purchase is how it was wrapped, I believe if the divinity was put in waxed paper first then in plastic the loss would be less (the plastic stuck to the divinity).
I bought some divinity because I was afraid to try to make any. My grandma used to make it every Christmas and she's been gone a long time. It's been years since my parents or I have had any. We had it at Christmas and everyone loved it! Tasted like I remembered. Such a delicious, nostalgic sweet.
First, this is the Best Divinity I have tasted since my Mom and I made it, many years ago. I enjoyed it and those I shared with did as well.the only thing I can add to is your packaging. My order arrived just fine and in tact, just needs to be snazzier up abit.
Sweetness and Light's divinity with nuts is wonderful......not overly sweet and not too many nuts. By the same token, the divinity without nuts was excellent as well. When I was five, I asked my aunt (who made home-made divinity every year for Christmas) why this candy was called Divinity, and she said, "Because it's what the angels eat, and some dropped to earth and now we have it, too!" I really liked the divinity. It's the best I've tasted since my aunt passed away, but I'll never give anyone a perfect mark....seriously, your candy is amazing. I will order it again.
My divinity was divine. I had been craving for some divinity. I had a recipe but it took way too much time. Sweetness and Light filled that craving in a flash. Even with holiday mail it was here in three days. It is so good and creamy. Definitely recommend it.
I didn't try the Divinity as it was a gift, but I was very pleased by the packaging, which I had made a special request for. The shipping was very prompt.
