Your bank statement will show a charge from Sweetness and Light. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit/debit cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full during checkout. All goods remain the property of Sweetness and Light until paid for in full. Your personal information is encrypted using high grade 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology before being sent over the internet to protect your identity and privacy. Sweetness and Light never stores your credit card information on our servers.
Promotional offers and discounts
All promotional discounts and offers advertised on our website are only redeemable through transactions processed via our website www.sweetnessandlight.com. In order to take advantage of these offers your purchase must be processed through the checkout system in place on our website. Items already discounted in the specials section of our website will not be included in the promotional discount calculation.
Cancellation
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, phone, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Refunds and Returns Policy
For the safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns on orders. If you feel there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances we may issue a full or partial refund excluding shipping and handling costs.
If you feel that there is an issue with your order please use our Contact page to initiate a trouble ticket. All communications regarding your online order will need to be done through our ticket system in order to keep a record both for your benefit and ours.
